The project started with stakeholder interview identifying business problems, vision statement, marketing aspects that are summarized as below
I went on hunting and chasing the means to bring ease and simplicity to news viewing experience. Documented stakeholder's interview, user survey, user interview, persona building, user stories, affinity mapping and built prototypes.
Anxious as it may seem, upon observing viewers use the service, however, there is a slight disconnect in how news channel should ideally work, and how it actually works.
